Account Manager

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long term relationships with our retailers/hoteliers and overseeing sales.

Scope of work

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts (retail and hospitality)
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs
  • Managing day to day operations of the accounts and monitoring budget
  • Generating sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Prepare presentations and sales pitches

Pre-Requisites

  • Be a pro-active self-starter. Excellent communication and negotiation skills - is a must.
  • Experience in the furniture /retail trade is necessary
  • Hands on in sales an ability to delivery excellent customer experience
  • Business acumen with problem solving attitude
  • Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Sat)

Sales Admin Co-ordinator

We are looking for a qualified Sales Admin Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for processing customer’s order and generate delivery orders

Job scope

  • Process customers sales order and generate delivery orders
  • Ensure all sales orders are being process accurately for production and delivery
  • Co-ordinate and provide support to the sales team
  • Manage customer enquiry on their orders

Pre – Requisites

  • Able to work alternate Sat
  • Minimum N/O level
  • Proficient in MS office / Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills

Product Development Executive

We are looking for a qualified Product Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the product development of the bedding & linen division.

Job scope

  • Involve in all product development for the bedding & linen
  • Work closely with sales team to formulate marketing strategy & sales retail channel
  • Handle full spectrum of production process from formulating concepts, product concepts, product designs, features, packaging and costing
  • Liaise and work closely with both internal and external customer and overseas suppliers.
  • Involve in sourcing cost management analysis to meet company product margin
  • Constantly review and maintain good control of stock inventory
  • Ensure products launch on schedule

Pre – Requisites

  • Candidate must process a diploma in Marketing & Business management or Product Design
  • Able to work 5.5 days ( Alternate Sat )
  • Preferably with FMCG experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good projects and time management skills
  • Problem solving aptitude

Product Development Executive (Mattress)

We are looking for a Product Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the product development of the mattress division.

Job scope

  • Involve in product development for mattresses

  • Handle sourcing of raw materials, conceptualising of product designs, features and costing
  • Liaise and work closely with domestic and overseas customers
  • Ensure products launch on schedule

  • Relevant background in the furniture/mattress industry is preferred, but not necessary
  • Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday )

We are looking for a Product Development member to join our team. You will be responsible for the product development of the bedding and linen division.

  • Work closely with other members of the products and sales team to formulate marketing strategies
  • Handle and manage the full spectrum of the production process from conceptualising, product designs, features and packaging
  • Liaise and work closely with suppliers and customers
  • Involve in sourcing and cost management
  • Constantly review and maintain good control of stock inventory
  • Ensure products launch on schedule

Pre – Requisites

  • Candidate must have relevant background in textile and/or the bedding accessory industry. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Assistant Purchasing Executive

We are looking for a qualified Assistant Purchasing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the procurement processes

Job scope

  • Involve in handling import and export shipments document
  • Resolve purchase and delivery discrepancies
  • Communicate with external vendors, internal users and warehouse team
  • Managing purchasing budget
  • Prepare relevant periodic reports
  • Create and update pricing for commonly procured products
  • Liaise with users and perform good receipt when goods and services are received and accepted by user in satisfactory conditions
  • Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing suppliers

Pre – Requisites

  • Minimum O level /A level and diploma in supply chain /logistic relevant field
  • At least 3 years in procurement experience
  • Experience in Accpac will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work 5.5 days ( alternate Sat )
